Our Vision

Our vision is a collaborative community of physicians, nurse practitioners and physician associates who are unified in their desire to provide high quality care. Learning, social and advocacy opportunities bring us together to deepen knowledge, relationships, and positive impacts on patients and healthcare professionals in southern Oregon.

Our Mission

  • Monthly CME activities, ideally taught by local providers, increase our ability to provide high quality care and strengthen local standards of care.
  • Monthly gatherings also provide social opportunities, building relationships that optimize patient consultations and give rise to opportunities for learning from each other in other spaces.
  • Building community by increasing the sense of belonging locally, satisfaction and sense of purpose, thereby increasing retention of medical providers and their families.
  • Future activities may also allow for coordinated advocacy opportunities.
